Refund Policy

How payments and refunds work — including our authorize-first, charge-only-if-approved model.

Last updated: 2026. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled on QuickESALetter.org.

1. Authorize first, charge after evaluation

When you check out, your payment method may be authorized to confirm it is valid. You are only charged after your evaluation is completed. If a licensed mental health professional determines that a letter is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for the letter.

2. When refunds apply

If you were charged in error, or you were charged but did not receive the service described, you may request a refund. Because services are delivered by independent licensed mental health professionals, refund eligibility for a completed evaluation depends on the circumstances of your case.

3. What is non-refundable

Fees for an evaluation that has already been completed by a licensed mental health professional are generally non-refundable, since the professional service was rendered regardless of the clinical outcome. Optional add-ons (such as ID cards) follow the same principle once produced.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@quickesaletter.org with your name, the email used at checkout, and a brief description. We aim to respond within a few business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly.

Please note: This page is provided for general information and is a starting template. It is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review and tailor these terms to your business and jurisdiction before relying on them.
