The terms and conditions that govern your use of this platform and the referral and technology services we provide.
Last updated: 2026. By accessing or using QuickESALetter.org (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.
QuickESALetter.org is a technology and referral platform. We connect people with independent, state-licensed mental health professionals. We aren’t a medical or legal provider, we don’t provide medical or mental health services, and we don’t issue letters ourselves. All clinical evaluations and determinations are made solely by the independently licensed mental health professional.
Submitting an intake form or payment doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be approved for an emotional support animal letter or psychiatric service dog recommendation. Approval is at the sole, independent discretion of the licensed mental health professional, based on a real evaluation and your individual circumstances.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and provide accurate, complete information. Knowingly misrepresenting a pet as an assistance animal may be unlawful in your state.
Pricing is displayed on the Platform. Your payment method may be authorized at checkout, but you’re only charged after your evaluation is completed, as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, submit fraudulent information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform’s content, design, and trademarks are owned by their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any licensed mental health professional’s independent determination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@quickesaletter.org.
Begin with a free pre-screening. A licensed mental health professional takes it from there — and you’re only charged if approved.
