Last updated: 2026. By accessing or using QuickESALetter.org (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What we are (and are not)

QuickESALetter.org is a technology and referral platform. We connect individuals with independent, state-licensed mental health professionals. We are not a medical or legal provider, we do not provide medical or mental health services, and we do not issue letters ourselves. All clinical evaluations and determinations are made solely by the independently licensed mental health professional.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Submitting an intake form or payment does not guarantee that you will be approved for an emotional support animal letter or psychiatric service dog recommendation. Approval is at the sole, independent discretion of the licensed mental health professional, based on a real evaluation and your individual circumstances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and provide accurate, complete information. Knowingly misrepresenting a pet as an assistance animal may be unlawful in your state.

4. Payments

Pricing is displayed on the Platform. Your payment method may be authorized at checkout, but you are only charged after your evaluation is completed, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to disrupt it, submit fraudulent information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform’s content, design, and trademarks are owned by their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any licensed mental health professional’s independent determination.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
