Editorial Policy

How we research, write, and review the information on this site — and our commitment to accuracy.

Last updated: 2026. We want the information on QuickESALetter.org to be accurate, current, and genuinely helpful. This policy describes our editorial standards.

1. Accuracy & sourcing

We base legal and clinical explanations on primary sources — such as the federal Fair Housing Act, the ADA, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development guidance, and official state resources — rather than secondhand summaries. We aim to distinguish clearly between what the law requires and general guidance.

2. Honest, non-misleading claims

We do not promise guaranteed approval, and we do not present registries, certificates, or ID cards as legally required, because they are not. Any testimonials or provider profiles published on the site are clearly identified, and we replace placeholder content with verified information before it is presented as factual.

3. Clinical review

Content describing mental health conditions or the evaluation process is written to be consistent with how independently licensed mental health professionals actually practice, and is reviewed for accuracy. It is general information, not a diagnosis or medical advice.

4. Updates & corrections

Laws and requirements change. We review key pages periodically and update them as needed. If you spot an error, email contact@quickesaletter.org and we will review and correct it.

5. Independence

Editorial content is not influenced by advertisers. Clinical determinations are made independently by licensed professionals and are never shaped by our content or marketing.

Please note: This page is provided for general information and is a starting template. It is not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review and tailor these terms to your business and jurisdiction before relying on them.
