How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health-related information, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how QuickESALetter.org handles information when you use our Platform.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, state, and intake responses — and limited technical data such as your IP address, device, and pages visited.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the Platform, match you with a mental health professional licensed in your state, process payments, communicate with you, and improve our services. With your consent, we may send educational content and marketing.

3. Health information

Information you share for your evaluation is sensitive. It is shared with the independently licensed mental health professional who evaluates you so they can provide their professional services. Licensed Mental Health Professionals maintain their own records in accordance with applicable law.

4. Sharing

We share information with the licensed mental health professional you are matched with, and with service providers (such as scheduling and payment processors) that help us operate. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing us.

8. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Contact
